Job summary

Autokid Subic Trading Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Training & Development Specialist to plan, coordinate, implement, and monitor employee training and development programs designed to raise knowledge, skills, performance, and productivity.

The role requires identifying training needs, developing sessions and materials, scheduling, onboarding, evaluating effectiveness, and maintaining training records. This position is onsite with travel to different branches as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR, Training and Development or related role.
• Experience in conducting employee training, orientations, and learning programs preferred.
• Good communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Ability to prepare training reports and learning materials.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple training activities.
• Willing to work onsite and travel to different branches when required.

Responsibilities

• Identify training and development needs through evaluations, feedback, and business requirements.
• Develop and coordinate training programs, workshops, orientations, and development activities.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, modules, and learning resources.
• Coordinate training schedules, venues, trainers, participants, and logistics.
• Conduct or facilitate employee orientation, onboarding, and internal training programs.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify specific training needs.
• Monitor attendance, participation, and completion of training programs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
• Maintain training records, attendance sheets, and certificates.
