Job summary

LHX Inland Services Inc is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to craft, deliver, and assess training programs for drivers, helpers, and other personnel at our Bulacan operations. The role emphasizes field-based coaching and practical training to build competency and align with safety standards.

You will oversee onboarding processes, monitor performance trends, and promote adherence to company policies and safety practices while collaborating with HR and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor's degree; Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development.
• Experience in training in organizational development, facilitation, or human resources functions for at least 2-3 years
• Knowledgeable in training coordination, employee development, and onboarding processes;
• Familiar with transportation operations, driver development, safety practices, and training methodologies
• With good presentation, facilitation, and communication skills;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
• Able to conduct training and assessment for both Light Truck and Heavy Truck Drivers

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs for drivers, helpers, and other staff.
• Support employee development through field-based and practical training activities.
