Job summary

The VSO Group of Companies is seeking a full-time HRD Staff member based in Pasig to handle training and development activities. The successful candidate will monitor company trainings and seminars, coordinate events, and perform HR ad hoc duties. Candidates should be graduates in Psychology or Human Resource Management, possess proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, maintain confidentiality, and be able to work independently. Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related course.
• Must be willing to be assigned in Pasig.
• Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Can work with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring company activities, trainings and seminars.
• Coordinating events and hosting parties/events.
• Handling other HR ad hoc duties.
