Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Manage the people lifecycle and day-to-day operational tasks related to employees, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, and employee record-keeping.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
• Handle employee inquiries and issues, acting as a primary HR point of contact for resolution, escalation, or routing in line with HR protocols and guidelines.
• Support HR processes and systems to enable smooth operations and efficient workforce support.
• Collaborate as part of a team to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
• Work on a variety of assignments in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative and producing quality work that adds value.
