Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR Tech, Digital Transformation, or Product Management.
• Experience in HR system integrations, process automation, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, aligning HR, IT, and business teams on digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Co-own and refine multiple digital roadmaps with HR COEs to align with business goals.
• Ensure blueprints and BRDs are harmonized across HR platforms for consistency and integration.
• Collaborate with IT to manage vendor evaluations, system security, and due diligence.
• Use AI and automation to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve decision-making.
• Work with L&D Leads to create adoption, training, and communication strategies for HR tech rollouts.
• Map from-to states to guide smooth transitions for digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure HR teams and employees are engaged, equipped, and confident in using new technologies.
• Track adoption, performance, and engagement metrics with HRIS and HRBPs.
