Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking an HR / Talent Acquisition Business Analyst to analyze hiring performance and HR processes, partnering with TA, Operations, Quality and HR to align profiles with work performed and improve recruitment workflows.

The role will review recruitment workflows, map requirements, and validate changes with stakeholders while supporting testing, adoption, and reporting on outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, HR operations, talent acquisition, or a related role; BPO experience preferred.
• Experience gathering requirements, mapping processes, and working with stakeholders across functions.
• Ability to analyze operational workflows and translate role requirements into practical hiring criteria.
• Strong communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze hiring performance, operational requirements, and HR processes to help hire the right talent more effectively.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Operations, Quality, and HR to align hiring profiles with work employees perform and to improve workflows.
• Identify delays, gaps, and opportunities for automation in recruitment workflows and HR processes.
• Review samples of calls and interactions to identify required skills and capabilities for programs.
• Analyze funnel performance, recruiter capacity, conversion rates, time-to-fill, and early tenure outcomes.
• Gather stakeholder requirements and document business needs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for changes.
• Support testing, implementation, communication, and adoption of process and technology improvements.
• Develop business cases outlining benefits, effort, dependencies, and risks.
• Monitor results and adjust when outcomes fall short of targets.
• Present findings to HR, TA, Operations, and business leaders.
