• Advertises vacancies through job boards, social media, duties, company websites, and other recruitment channels.
• Reviews resumes and applications to determine which candidates meet the requirements.
• Administers or coordinates examinations and other assessments when required.
• Prepares job offers, communicates employment terms, and assists with employment contracts.
• Helps newly hired employees complete requirements, orientation, documentation, and introduction to company policies.
• Keeps applicant information and recruitment documents organized and confidential.
