Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with online recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with department heads to determine manpower requirements.
• Prepare and post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
• Screen applications and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and schedule final interviews with hiring managers.
• Facilitate pre-employment requirements and background checks.
• Maintain an updated database of applicants and job postings.
• Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment-related activities.
• Prepare recruitment reports and metrics.
• Perform other HR-related tasks as may be assigned by the HR Manager.
