Avensys Consulting Inc. in the Philippines seeks an HR Systems Support & Testing Analyst to ensure HR technology deployments align with business needs.

You will perform UAT, validate deployments, and maintain WalkMe digital adoption tools while collaborating with DevOps and business stakeholders. The role involves testing SAP, SAP SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow Case Management, plus handling country-specific updates and payroll considerations, with opportunities to influence enterprise HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience supporting SAP, SuccessFactors, HR systems, or enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience in UAT, defect management, and deployment validation.
• Practical experience configuring WalkMe solutions; familiarity with ServiceNow and HP ALM is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Execute UAT, process testing, and controls testing for SAP, SAP SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow Case Management, including system enhancements and new functionalities.
• Develop and execute test scenarios, document Pass/Fail results, track defects in HP ALM, and perform retesting to validate resolutions.
• Conduct deployment readiness, impact assessment, post-deployment validation, peer reviews, and sign-off activities to support successful releases.
• Support HR process changes, including payroll calculations, country-specific statutory updates, SuccessFactors workflow redelegation, and related system communications.
• Configure and maintain WalkMe solutions, including Smart Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, ShoutOuts, Launchers, and Shuttles.
• Coordinate with DevOps, technical teams, and business stakeholders to resolve system issues, communicate risks, and improve testing and support processes.
