Qualifications

• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand specific hiring requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions.
• Organize regular feedback sessions and surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and address issues proactively.
• Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems, ensuring timely evaluations.
• Provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters and development plans.
• Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external training programs.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
