Job summary

F and C Loaders, Inc is seeking an HR Supervisor – Generalist to oversee daily HR operations, with emphasis on driver recruitment, onboarding, and compensation/benefits administration. You will ensure timely hiring, accurate payroll support, and policy compliance to keep fleet operations running smoothly.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and deployment; handle payroll inquiries; monitor SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG compliance; and maintain orderly employee records while upholding

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience with supervisory exposure.
• Solid knowledge of Philippine labour laws and compliance.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for drivers and staff.
• Oversee onboarding, documentation, and deployment.
• Assist payroll and ensure accurate earnings computations.
• Monitor government benefit compliance like SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG.
• Handle attendance, disciplinary cases, and HR investigations.
• Prepare and submit regular HR reports; propose process improvements.
