Job summary

PLAENGI PHILIPPINES INC. seeks an experienced HR professional to lead daily HR operations on-site in a manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate will manage employee relations, recruitment, payroll coordination, and compliance with Philippine labor laws while upholding integrity and confidentiality. Requirements include a 3–5 year HR track record, supervisory exposure, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience with supervisory or leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and HR policies.
• Experience in employee relations, recruitment, attendance monitoring, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
• Knowledge of compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle employee concerns, conflicts, and confidential information professionally.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple HR activities and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems/software.
• Ability to prepare HR reports, policies, memos, and employee documentation.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing/industrial environment and on-site HR concerns.
