Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in HR or employee relations, preferably in construction/industrial sectors.
• Solid knowledge of Philippine labour laws, employment regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interaction with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day HR operations for head office and project sites.
• Coordinate manpower requirements with department heads and project teams.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staffing to ensure timely hiring.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary cases, with investigations as needed.
• Monitor PMS implementation and assist with KPI setting and performance development.
• Oversee payroll inputs, leave management, and benefits processing.
• Maintain HR policies, records, and confidentiality.
