Job summary

A&B Summit Distribution Inc. is seeking a dedicated HR Supervisor to lead multiple HR functions and drive KPIs in our Philippine operations.

You will collaborate with management to recruit, implement policies, and support employee relations to boost organizational performance. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in HR or related 4-year course, 2–4 years in HR with at least 1 year in supervision, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, knowledge of labor laws to enforce disciplinary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business management or related 4-year course.
• 2–4 years of relevant HR experience with at least 1 year in supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive work environment and engagement.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and ability to apply them in different situations.
• Ability to enforce disciplinary action when needed.
