Job summary

Pag-asa Steel Works, Inc. is seeking an HR Supervisor to oversee the implementation of HR policies, plans, and programs, and to supervise HR-related services at our Pasig site.

The role requires strong HR generalist capabilities, leadership, and hands-on experience across staffing, performance management, training and development, and employee relations, with excellent data analysis and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant prior experience
• At least five (5) years' experience in human resources function as a generalist and specialist, two (2) years of which were in a supervisory capacity
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the various HR functions including staffing and recruitment process, performance management, training and development process, succession planning, employee and labor relations
• Strong data analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and email software mandatory; HRIS a plus
• Willing to be assigned to on-site at Manggahan and/or Pinagbuhatan in Pasig
