Ador's Bakeshop in Marikina, Philippines is seeking an HR Supervisor to lead day-to-day HR operations, guide the HR team, and support our growth. This role suits an HR Generalist with supervisory experience, ideally in Food & Beverage, restaurant, or bakery settings.

As our operations continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to oversee our day-to-day HR operations, provide guidance to our HR team, and support our continued growth.
This role is ideal for an HR professional with a strong HR Generalist background and supervisory experience, particularly within the Food & Beverage, Restaurant, or Bakery industry, who enjoys balancing people management with day-to-day HR operations.
What You'll Be Handling
As our HR Supervisor, you'll oversee key HR functions while working closely with Operations and department leaders to ensure HR initiatives are implemented effectively across the business.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
Coordinate with department heads and area managers to identify manpower requirements and support workforce planning.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract and retain quality talent.
Guide the HR team in delivering a positive and efficient candidate experience.
Oversee employee relations concerns across the organization, working closely with department heads to resolve workplace issues promptly and professionally.
Supervise performance evaluations, coaching discussions, corrective actions, and disciplinary procedures.
Partner with department heads to develop, implement, and monitor employee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with departmental and business objectives.
Coordinate the company's performance management process, including performance evaluations, coaching discussions, performance review schedules, and employee development plans.
Work closely with department heads to promote accountability, employee engagement, and continuous performance improvement.
Oversee compensation and benefits administration while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
Review employee records and HR documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with company standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies, Philippine labor laws, and HR best practices.
Lead employee engagement initiatives that promote teamwork, motivation, and employee retention.
Supervise the review and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and internal processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Analyze HR metrics, recruitment data, and performance reports to identify trends and provide recommendations that support business and operational objectives.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of five (5) years of progressive HR Generalist experience,
At least one (1) year of experience supervising or mentoring HR staff.
Restaurant industry experience is highly preferred.
Strong background in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, KPI monitoring, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and disciplinary procedures.
Working knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices.
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: ₱35,000 – ₱40,000 Gross Monthly (depending on qualifications and experience)
