Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead its Human Resources function and support business growth. You will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management and compensation and benefits, while ensuring compliance and organizational development.

Partner with business leaders to build a high-performing organization in a growing food industry context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, HR, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in startup, food, FMCG or manufacturing is highly preferred.
