This build-from-the-ground-up role focuses on systems, process improvements, and partnering with leadership to drive business growth. You will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and HRIS, and labor compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 7 years of HR experience, including 3 years leading the HR function.
• Experience in food & beverage, retail, hospitality, or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Law, employee relations, and volume recruitment.
• Proven success in building HR systems and supporting a growing multi-site organization.

• Oversee employee relations, labor compliance, disciplinary cases, and DOLE requirements
