Job summary

DSG SONS GROUP, INC. (Gaisano Malls) is seeking an HR Supervisor to lead day-to-day HR operations, champion employee relations, and drive performance management across GMalls. You will act as a strategic partner to business units, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor standards.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in HRM/PSY/BA and at least 3 years of HR experience, with supervisory exposure. You will supervise HR staff, manage onboarding, and maintain accurate records while collaborating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, or Business Administration required.
• At least 3 years of HR experience focusing on employee relations and performance tracking.
• Prior supervisory experience is a major advantage.

Responsibilities

• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances, labor issues, and disciplinary actions.
• Drive high performance by managing the appraisal system, supporting HR initiatives, and guiding performance improvement plans.
• Ensure 100% legal compliance by reviewing working conditions and maintaining accurate employee records according to labor laws.
• Supervise HR staff, provide policy counseling to business partners, and oversee onboarding and asset deployment for new hires.

What You Bring

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of solid HR experience, with a focus on employee relations and performance tracking. Prior supervisory experience is a major advantage.
• Core Competencies: Strong command of Philippine Labor Laws, exceptional conflict-resolution skills, accurate record-keeping habits, and the confidence to advise business leaders.
