Job summary

Subic GS Auto, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee policies, recruitment, and employee relations at our Bacoor, Cavite facility. This role will drive strategic HR plans and ensure compliance across the organization.

You will liaise with management, manage performance review processes, and help resolve conflicts while safeguarding confidential information. A BS HRM/Business Management degree with at least two years in a managerial capacity is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate with HRM-related degree as specified.
• At least 2 years in managerial capacity.
• Residing in or near Bacoor City, Cavite.
