Job summary

Confidential is seeking an HR Assistant Manager in Metro Manila who will partner with leaders to implement HR initiatives across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and development. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience in BPO/shared services or corporate environment.
• Experience handling recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and engagement.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
• Experience using HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support HR strategies, programs, and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with hiring managers on recruitment, workforce planning, and talent acquisition activities.
• Manage employee relations concerns, investigations, and conflict resolution while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, talent reviews, and employee development planning.
• Support compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Lead and participate in HR projects, process improvements, and organizational initiatives.
• Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
