Job summary

Flatworld Philippines is seeking an Assistant Manager – HR Operations Partner to act as a strategic and operational HR partner for assigned business units, aligning people strategies with productivity, engagement, compliance, and development. You will balance advisory work with hands‑on execution, support manpower forecasting, talent management, onboarding, payroll accuracy, and data‑driven HR scorecards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HRM/related field, 3–5 years HR experience including 2+

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience with 2+ years in a supervisory or business partnering role.
• Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR operational processes.
• Proficiency in HR analytics and workforce planning.
• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR focal point for assigned business units, collaborating with Operations, Recruitment, and L&D.
• Translate business goals into HR deliverables driving performance and retention.
• Participate in monthly business reviews and provide HR data insights.
• Partner with leadership on manpower forecasting and workforce optimization.
• Support onboarding, payroll accuracy, and HR service delivery SLAs.
• Prepare and present monthly HR scorecards and track key metrics.
