SM Supermalls is seeking an Human Resources Specialist to provide extra support for the HR Team's daily operations in the Philippines. You will help ensure employees remain productive and inspired, assisting with various people programs across engagement, compensation & benefits, and training.

The role emphasizes collaboration with HR colleagues and management to deliver effective people initiatives, maintain strong employee relations, and support a positive workplace culture within the SM

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or Bachelor of Science in Human Resources or in any related behavioral science programs.
• 3–5 years relevant experience in Human Resources Management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to relate well with all levels of the organization.
