Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR.
• Strong understanding of HR functions: employee relations and compensation/benefits.
• Familiarity with HRIS and other HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Supports HR operations and ensures alignment with company policies, processes, and initiatives.
• Assists in recruitment, onboarding, and deployment to ensure smooth employee integration.
• Monitors performance management activities and coordinates timely completion of appraisals and documentation.
• Addresses employee concerns, facilitates engagement programs, and supports a positive workplace culture.
• Coordinates training, learning, and talent management initiatives to enhance employee growth and productivity.
