Job summary

OFFSHORE BUSINESS PROCESSING INC. in Metro Manila seeks an HR Officer to support onboarding, manage HRIS-based employee records with strict confidentiality, and coordinate orientations.

The role includes counselling, FGDs, and training sessions, plus collaboration with HRS/HRM on policy development and implementation. Other duties may be assigned by HR leadership to ensure smooth HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Psychology or HR Development Management.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar HR role.
• Knowledge of employment/labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding support: HRIS account setup, company ID, employee handbook.
• Organize and maintain employee records in the HR information system with confidentiality.
• Conduct counselling sessions, FGDs, refreshers, and HR orientations.
• Collaborate with HRS and HRM on HR policies implementation and improvement.
• Perform other tasks as directed by HR Supervisor or HR Manager.
