Job summary

BRIGHTPLUS PACKAGING CORPORATION in Bulacan is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and personnel records management. You will implement HR policies, coordinate employee benefits, ensure compliance with labor regulations and company standards, and help foster a positive, fair, and respectful workplace culture for all staff.

The role requires strong communication, high attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office and HR

Qualifications

• Foundational HR knowledge including HR functions and processes.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of HR policies and labor regulations and compliant practices.
• Experience with benefits administration and records management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle confidential information.
• Bachelor’s degree and familiarity with HR information systems are preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or packaging industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding and records management.
• Administer HR policies, coordinate benefits and ensure labor-law compliance.
• Assist in performance management processes and employee relations concerns.
• Support training and development initiatives and prepare HR reports.
• Collaborate with management to foster a positive, fair workplace culture.
