Job summary

Crown Worldwide Group is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor - Learning and Development to lead instructional design and development initiatives across our APAC operations. You will shape learning strategies, build engaging eLearning and instructor-led materials, and partner with HR to close skills gaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design and development, HR training, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of learning theories, adult learning principles, and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
• Proven experience in instructional design and eLearning development.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as HeyGen, Synthesia, Pictory, Canva AI, Articulate Rise with AI features, etc.
• Proficiency in authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate), LMS platforms, and multimedia editing software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

HR Supervisor - Learning and Development Instructional Designer/Development

Key Responsibilities
