As our HR Specialist, you will handle end-to-end HR operations, including:

• Managing Employee Relations and building a vibrant, positive workplace culture.
• Implementing company HR Policies and regulatory standards.
• Overseeing daily Personnel Management and conflict resolution.
• Administering Payroll & Employee Benefits efficiently.
• Supporting fast-tracked recruitment and smooth onboarding processes.

(QUALIFICATIONS):

• Education: Graduate of BS Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Industry Experience: REQUIRED experience working in the Food Industry.
• Work Experience: REQUIRED at least two (2) years of solid Human Resources experience.
• Core Skills: Strong knowledge of HR management, policies, benefits, and statutory compliance.
• Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in HR software and timekeeping tools is highly preferred.
• Availability: Must be amenable to work on-site in BGC and CAN START ASAP.
