Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to handle employee relations, policy implementation, payroll, onboarding, and recruitment support for our Manila operations.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in HR or related field, has at least 2 years of HR experience in the food industry, and possesses strong communication and organizational skills. On-site work in BGC with ASAP start is required.

Qualifications

• Education: BS Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Industry experience in the Food Industry.
• At least 2 years HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR management, policies, benefits, and statutory compliance.
• Outstanding communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and timekeeping tools preferred.
• On-site work in BGC and ASAP start.
