Responsibilities & Duties
- Local hiring & onboarding: Recruit, screen, background‑check and collect onboarding docs for frontline roles (drivers, warehousing, security, support).
- Local resources & vendors: Build vendor lists & rate cards; competitive bidding & negotiation.
- Temporary office/camp setup: Internet, repro, furniture.
- Government & compliance: Liaise with LGU (Local Government Unit)/Barangay/police & fire for access permits, night‑haul, temporary facilities.
- Payroll & timekeeping: Maintain attendance/OT/allowance logs; perform monthly SSS/PhilHealth/Pag‑IBIG/BIR deductions & filings; ensure accurate payroll.
- Policies & processes: Implement handbook, attendance/leave, admin procurement & claims.
- Site admin ops: Vehicle dispatch & driver rosters; fuel logs & reconciliation; lodging allocation, check‑in/out & settlement; meetings & travel support.
Education and Experience
Education: Associate's degree or above; HR/Admin/Business preferred.
Experience: 2–5 years in HR/Admin or site office; EPC/Power/Construction preferred.
Skills
- Strong execution & multitasking; negotiation & cost sense; rigorous records & compliance; resilience & emergency coordination.
- Familiar with DOLE and SSS/PhilHealth/Pag‑IBIG/BIR procedures; LGU pathways.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot, VLOOKUP/INDEX‑MATCH); docs & e‑sign.
Qualities
Flexible for overtime/weekends. Strong access to manpower vehicle, lodging and supply channels in Gamu/Isabela area; existing contacts preferred.
