We are hiring an experienced HR Specialist to handle talent acquisition, accurate payroll processing, and regulatory compliance with DOLE mandates. This role requires a well-rounded HR professional capable of driving end-to-end recruitment while ensuring timely salary disbursements, statutory computations, and strict labor law adherence.
Manage full-cycle hiring: active candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, offer letters, and onboarding.
Utilize local portals (Jobstreet, Indeed, LinkedIn) to build and maintain candidate pipelines for NCR roles.
Partner with department heads to optimize job descriptions and reduce time-to-hire.
Process semi-monthly payroll accurately using HRIS/payroll software or MS Excel.
Compute timekeeping data, attendance, undertime, tardiness, leaves, overtime, night shift differential, and holiday pay.
Calculate and process final pay, 13th-month pay, and government deductions/remittances.
Maintain strict compliance with General Labor Standards, NCR Wage Orders, and OSH guidelines.
Manage administrative due process (Show-Cause Notices, administrative hearings, Notices of Decision).
Prepare and file mandatory DOLE reports (e.g., WAIR, OSH reports, termination notices) and assist during DOLE inspections.
This role directly oversees the calculation, deductions, and processing of:
Government Remittances: Computation, filing, and processing for SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG Fund.
Monetary Entitlements: Semi-monthly salary, 13th-Month Pay, Service Incentive Leave (SIL) cash conversion, OT/Holiday premiums, and tax withholdings (BIR compliance).
Statutory Leaves: 105-Day Expanded Maternity Leave (RA 11210), Paternity Leave (RA 8187), Solo Parent Leave (RA 11861), Special Leave for Women (RA 9710), and VAWC Leave (RA 9262).
Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll administration, and DOLE/labor relations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficient in payroll software/HRIS, advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), Jobstreet, and Indeed.
Expertise: Solid mastery of the Philippine Labor Code, statutory deduction rules, BIR tax tables, and DOLE compliance requirements.
