GPnC Manpower Services in Angeles City, Pampanga, is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our HR team. You will serve as a key liaison between management and employees, ensuring engagement, compliance, and alignment with company values while supporting HR operations and employee development.

Responsibilities include managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, HR policy implementation, training coordination, and HR reporting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of staff.

About the role

GPnC Manpower Services is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our growing Human Resources team in Angeles City, Pampanga. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our organisation's strategic human resources objectives and employee development initiatives. As an HR Specialist, you will serve as a key liaison between management and employees, ensuring that our workforce is engaged, compliant, and aligned with company values. This role is essential to maintaining a positive workplace culture and driving organisational success through effective people management and HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment and selection process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees

• Administer employee relations activities, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases in compliance with data protection regulations

• Provide support with payroll administration, benefits processing, and leave management

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with employment legislation

• Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate employee development and training programmes

• Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters, policies, and procedures

• Support the preparation of HR reports and analytics to inform strategic decision-making

• Assist with workplace health, safety, and wellness initiatives

• Collaborate with management to identify staffing requirements and support workforce planning activities

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in a Human Resources role or similar environment

• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, labour laws, and HR best practices relevant to the Philippines

• Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff

• Strong organisational and time management abilities with attention to detail

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment, employee relations, and payroll administration

• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach

• Preferred: Experience in a manpower or staffing services industry or relevant HR certification (e.g., CHRP, PHR)
