Job summary

Job description

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a similar HR role
• Strong knowledge of employment law, labor regulations, and HR best practices, particularly within the Philippines
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Word)
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization
• Experience in manufacturing or electronics industry environments is advantageous
