Job summary

Comrise in Manila is seeking an HR Shared Services Associate to support day-to-day HR operations, employee transactions, and records management with a focus on timely HR requests and confidentiality.

You will handle service requests, maintain accurate records, and help ensure process accuracy and service quality while collaborating with HR teams and HRIS in a hybrid work setup with one onsite day per week in BGC, Taguig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or a similar centralized service environment.
• Experience handling HR transactions, employee records, or HR systems is highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Willing to work on a night shift schedule.
• Willing to work hybrid, once a week onsite in BGC, Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR Shared Services transactions and employee requests.
• Process HR service requests and provide timely resolutions through HR systems.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and personal information.
• Ensure compliance with established processes, service standards, and quality metrics.
• Monitor assigned tasks and maintain accurate trackers and documentation.
• Support HR-related projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with HR teams, HRIS, and other internal stakeholders as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency and service delivery.
• Provide professional and responsive customer service to employees.
