Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in HR Shared Services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day HR Shared Services operations in line with service standards and processes.
• Handle employee inquiries, HR transactions, and HR systems-related support.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and data.
• Monitor assigned tasks and ensure timely and accurate completion of trackers.
• Support HR and office-wide projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency and service delivery.
• Collaborate with HR teams, HR systems teams, and other stakeholders.
• Provide professional and responsive customer service to internal employees.
