Job summary

EESI Philippines is seeking an HR Shared Services Senior Lead to oversee HR service delivery across onboarding, offboarding, leave management and employee administration. Based in Pasig, Philippines, the role reports to HR leadership and collaborates with HRIS, Payroll and Talent Acquisition teams worldwide.

The ideal candidate brings 12–14 years in HR coordination with 5+ years of people management and strong Oracle HRIS knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• 12–14 years HR coordination/administration experience, with at least 5 years of people management.
• Extensive experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle administration, preferably in a shared services or global delivery environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems/HRIS, preferably Oracle, including data governance.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and HR service delivery.
• Proven people leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Experience in process improvement, standardization, and service efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with multiple shared service locations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching, and developing the HR service delivery team.
• Overseeing daily operations, workload planning, service requests, and case resolution.
• Monitoring service levels, ticket volumes, turnaround times, quality, and performance metrics.
• Ensuring HR processes and documentation are accurate, compliant, and aligned with global standards.
• Identifying process gaps and driving continuous improvement, standardization, and efficiency.
• Managing HRIS and employee data governance, preferably using Oracle or similar HR systems.
• Working closely with HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HR leaders, and global stakeholders.
• Using reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
• Maintaining a positive and consistent employee experience across HR interactions.
