Job summary

A global HR solutions firm is seeking a Global HR and Payroll Manager to oversee payroll processing across multiple regions. This on-site role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of payroll experience, with a focus on accuracy, analytics, and team supervision. The candidate should have strong supervisory skills and global payroll experience is highly advantageous. This position is based in Taguig, Philippines.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years relevant experience in Payroll Processing.
• At least 3 years supervisory experience.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Global Payroll experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end global payroll processing across multiple countries or regions.
• Ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement, including bonuses, incentives, and deductions.
• Prepare and present payroll reports and analytics for management and finance teams.
• Coordinate with HR Business Partners to ensure consistency in compensation and benefits across regions.
• Supervise and develop a team of payroll specialists or coordinators globally or regionally.
