Job summary

Vserve Ebusiness Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Recruiter with 3-4 years of hands-on end-to-end recruitment for IT/Non-IT/BPO roles. You will source, screen, coordinate interviews, and close positions while delivering a positive candidate experience.

The role requires strong knowledge of the Philippine market and familiarity with various sourcing channels. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, manage offers, and maintain accurate hiring trackers.

Qualifications

• Experience quick and bulk hiring according to client requests
• Strong communication, coordination, and stake holder management skills
• Ability to handle multiple requirements
• Ability to meet deadlines working through hurdles.
