Job summary

Brickwork India is seeking a recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, BPO, KPO, and Finance roles across Global Client Projects (USA and Europe Shifts). You will partner with hiring managers to drive timely closures in a fast-paced environment.

This hands-on, high-ownership role requires proactive collaboration, excellent communication, and strong MS Office reporting to build talent networks and deliver high-quality hires.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment in BFSI/KPO/IT domains.
• Strong MS Office and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders to understand hiring priorities and workforce needs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Source candidates via social media, referrals, and networks.
• Coordinate assessments and ensure timely closures in a fast-paced environment.
• Build talent pipelines and focus on high-quality hires.
• Prepare recruitment dashboards and analytics for management.

The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for IT, BPO, KPO, and Finance domains positions for Global Client Projects (USA and Europe Shifts) and working closely with hiring managers to drive timely closures in a fast-paced environment. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role ideal for recruiters who thrive in a delivery-focused environment.

Job Description:

• Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding support.
• Source candidates through various recruitment and social media platforms
• Attract/invite profiles through referral programs and personal networks.
• Conduct initial screening and streamline the selection process in coordination with the hiring manager to conduct the skill-based assessments systematically for evaluating the technical competency of the applicants.
• Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates.
• Focus on the quality of hires while managing high volumes
• Prepare and present recruitment reports, hiring dashboards, and analytics to management.
• Prior experience of working in the BFSI/KPO/IT domain
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and reporting
• Being proactive and desiring to take ownership
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• Well-versed with the various job portals, Social media, network sites, reference, headhunting, database, etc., for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Ability and willingness to learn and scale up skillset to the requirements of the organization.
