The HR manager will be responsible for leading the HR function end-to-end, including talentacquisition oversight, employee relations, HR policies and compliance, performancemanagement coordination, and organizational culture development.

This role requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on-capable of building HRsystems and processes in both US and India, while also supporting employees and leadership onday-to-day people matters.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in India-based HR operations with exposure toUS hiring, compliance, and global workforce management. The individual will work closely withthe founders and leadership team to ensure that Bikham continues to build a high performance,growth oriented, and positive work culture.
