Job summary
St. Jude College Dasmariñas, Cavite Inc. seeks a Business Process Review Consultant (Project-based) to review, document, and recommend improvements to end-to-end HR processes within the PHINMA Education network.
The consultant will work with process owners and stakeholders to identify gaps and design future-state processes anchored on business needs. The role also assesses HR technologies to ensure system requirements reflect operational needs and governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in BPM/HR transformation/HR operations/HRIS or management consulting.
- Working knowledge of core HR processes and HRIS or other enterprise systems.
- Experience in multi-site or complex organizations is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Review end-to-end HR processes via interviews, workshops, and system walkthroughs.
- Document current-state processes with ownership, rules, controls, and system touchpoints.
- Identify variations and opportunities for standardization across sites.
