JNMS Human Resource Management Services in the Clark Special Economic Zone is seeking a skilled HR professional to assist in policy development, manage employee relations, oversee payroll, and drive recruitment and onboarding processes.

The role also involves coordinating training programs to boost employee skills and performance, ensuring compliance with mandated benefits. A Bachelor’s degree in HR and 3–5 years of HR experience are desired for this on-site position in Clark, Tarlac region.
