Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a relevant bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of HR experience, with solid English communication, confidentiality, and organization skills for an onsite role in Clark Freeport Zone.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive HR experience (generalist/multi‑functional).
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and HR information systems; experience with timekeeping or payroll systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily timekeeping activities, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Coordinate and track employee learning and development programs, including orientations and training calendars.
• Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and escalating complex matters to HR leadership.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of compliance reports and HR documentation per policies and local regulations.
• Maintain and safeguard employee records with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and process improvements.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and employee surveys to inform HR initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to support business and talent needs.
• Support end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating assessments, and onboarding.
• Cover staff absences for time-sensitive responsibilities; follow company processes and protocols.
• Perform other HR-related duties and special projects as assigned.
