Job summary

ELLA DL BEAUTY INC in Makati seeks an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR documentation. You will ensure smooth people operations and compliance with company guidelines.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field and at least 1 year of HR experience, with strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Familiarity with employee records management and HR documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems; strong communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including postings, screening, interviews and hiring coordination.
• Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
• Handle employee relations, concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
• Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR documentation.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring HR policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Prepare employment contracts, HR reports, and other administrative documents.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, and other HR-related matters.
• Collaborate with departments regarding HR activities and support performance management and engagement.
