Job summary

RSO Architecture is seeking a Payroll Specialist to oversee end-to-end payroll processing for bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly cycles in Metro Manila. You will verify timekeeping, calculate wages, and ensure accurate deductions while maintaining compliance with PH regulations.

You will lead a small payroll team, coordinate with HR on new hires, terminations, and salary changes, and support audits. Proficiency in Workday or ADP and strong MS Excel skills are required, along with knowledge of

Qualifications

• Bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly payroll processing experience.
• 3-5 years of hands-on payroll processing and HR experience, including supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of PH tax laws and statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software.
• Experience in compliance and auditing support.

• HR Data Management: Coordinate with the broader HR team to update employee records regarding new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary adjustments in the HRIS.
• Employee Support: Act as the primary point of contact for complex payroll inquiries, resolving discrepancies in paychecks or benefits.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands‑on payroll processing and HR experience, including supervisory or team lead roles.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Workday, ADP) and MS Excel. Strong understanding of tax laws and statutory contributions (such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag‑IBIG in the Philippines).
