Job summary

Hi-Precision Diagnostics Center, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a payroll specialist responsible for processing employees’ salaries, generating biometrics, and online filing of BIR withholding taxes and government remittances.

You will ensure accurate payroll updates, manage deductions and changes across branches, and file government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and taxes in compliance with labor standards.

Qualifications

• Payroll processing per labor standards and standard accounting principles.
• Knowledge of government remittance procedures and tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Generates employees’ biometrics and processes salaries, allowances, and related payments.
• Monitors payroll records for updates such as salary increases, deductions, and position changes.
• Generates and files online government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and BIR withholding taxes.

Job Summary

Responsible for the payroll and government transactions which include but not limited to processing of employees’ salaries, generation of biometrics, and on-line filing of BIR withholding taxes and government remittances.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Generates employees’ biometrics and processes the following in accordance with labor standards and standard accounting principles:
   a. Salaries
   b. Last Pay and Service Recognition pay
   c. HS and Mission Fees
   d. Monthly Expenses Report (MER)
   e. Agency DTRs
   f. 13th Month pay
   g. Service Incentive Leaves

2. Monitors and updates employees’ payroll record such as:
   a. Salary increase, if any
   b. Deductions and additions
   c. Transfer of branch / department and change of position
   d. Wage orders and regulatory announcements related to payroll

3. Generates and files on-line payment of government (SSS, Philhealth, and Pag-ibig) contributions and loans and BIR withholding taxes
