Job summary

Trulaboratories Corporation is seeking an HR & Payroll Specialist who will handle timekeeping, payroll processing, compensation administration, and government-mandated benefits while supporting core HR processes. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience with strong payroll, timekeeping, compensation, and benefits experience.
• Solid knowledge and experience in SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG administration.
• Proven experience in payroll preparation and timekeeping validation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and data-checking skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process regular payroll with accurate inputs and adjustments.
• Manage and validate timekeeping, DTRs, overtime, attendance, and leave records.
• Review payroll data and resolve discrepancies related to salary, deductions, and allowances.
• Administer and maintain employee records for SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG, including remittances.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely government-mandated benefits processing.
• Administer employee benefits including HMO and coordinate concerns.
• Maintain 201 files and employment records.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Manage Subcontractor Evaluation Cycle with schedules and documentation.
• Coordinate with employees, managers, and external partners to resolve HR/payroll concerns.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll and compensation data.
• Support HR programs and process improvements.
