Job summary

Ideal candidates have 10+ years HR experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 10 years of HR experience across multiple functions.
• Strong background in employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations.
• Experience with large-scale or multi-site operations preferred.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and HR-related systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities, from planning to onboarding.
• Handle employee relations, investigations, and policy guidance.
• Coordinate training, development, and succession planning.
• Monitor HR operations, attendance records, and HR reports.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
