Aufgaben

• Assist in recruitment and hiring of legal and support staff.
• Prepare and maintain onboarding kits and ensure execution of NDAs.
• Maintain strict and confidential handling of employee records.
• Assist in payroll processing and coordinate statutory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Labor Code and assist in drafting HR policies.
• Coordinate internal training and maintain compliance records.
• Provide general administrative support to management.

Kenntnisse

Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems

Strong communication skills

Ausbildung

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Legal Management, or related field
