Job summary

Altair Global Solutions Co. is seeking an HR Generalist in the Philippines to provide end-to-end HR support across recruitment, onboarding, records, timekeeping, and benefits. You will ensure policy compliance and accurate data handling in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with the HR Supervisor and HR Manager, coordinating with hiring managers, IT, and operations to ensure Day 1 readiness, accurate record-keeping, and timely payroll collaboration in a 24/7 setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related course
• 1–2 years of experience as HR Generalist, HR Assistant, or similar HR role
• Working knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR requirements
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee records, timekeeping, and due process documentation
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Handles sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Filipino
• Able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, weekends, or holidays when needed

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with HR Supervisor and hiring managers on manpower requests and recruitment tracker
• Post job openings, source and pre-screen applicants, schedule interviews and assessments
• Conduct background and reference checks and prepare job offers
• Collect and validate pre-employment requirements and prepare employment contracts
• Facilitate new hire orientation and coordinate Day 1 readiness with IT and Operations
• Maintain 201, 202, 205 files in secured cabinet
• Update Employee Master List and HRIS for hires, movements, status changes, separations
• Validate attendance, leaves, overtime, and night differential; submit timekeeping inputs to Payroll
• Assist in processing SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG enrollments, contributions, loans, claims
• Serve as first point of contact for HR inquiries and escalate to HR Supervisor
